Meet our Chef: Rick Gresnigt, 28 years old. 

For 4,5 years I worked as a junior sous-chef and patissier at restaurant de Hoefslag in Bosch and Duin with a lot of enthusiasm, and since the start of 2017 I have been the chef at restaurant Simple.

My style of cooking finds its groundwork in classic cooking, which I like to make exciting and fresh with new and unknown flavors, structures and products: a nice balance between classic and modern. In my dishes I always try to stay true to myself and to serve what I would like to eat myself if I’m on a night out. 

I look forward to surprising you at Simple.
